It would be best to go see a doctor so you will know what is going on. Living in pain is no fun and it should be treated.
I wish the best for you,
Jamie
The same thing happened to me and now my sister. In our cases, it was ruptured discs in the neck. The C7 nerve runs down the arms and shoulder blade. That nerve could be pinched anywhere from the start of the nerve in the neck to your shoulders, elbows or wrists. The signal is a 2-way street so pain can go up and down from wherever the nerve is impinged. Carpal tunnel syndrome can cause this kind of pain as well. In other words, it's time for you to see your doctor. :-)
