I will again inform MH. I did learn that the Pain Trackers are not printable at this time. They will be addressing that in the future.

It took an hour to fill them in today. I see others have their trackers up to date so I am starting to think this is a Windows Vista probelm. I am not sure yet. Is there antone else using Vista that is having these problems?
Very slow once information has been entered into Tracker.
Screen jumps when moving from one section to another of the Tracker.
Sometimes the screen just freezes and you have to reboot.
I don't have any other problems on the site except at these trackers! They were working fine until Monday.
No problem. I am just a little frustrated with everything right now. I have to go to the doctor now, I will check them again when I come back.
I wanted to print my pain tracker out for the doctor but I can't even get it to print because it keeps freezing up.

Don't give up. I know it can be aggravating but they weren't going to be able to get to it until today....so it's still early. Try this evening and if still not working let me know and I'll check on it again. You know computer programs can be just like great aunt Martha, fickle.

I am so sorry you are having trouble.
Apparently there have been some problems reported and they are being adressed. As tuck said if you are still having trouble after a couple days then please let us know.
I reported your problems to MH Management. They will be addressing the problem tomorrow. If it is not repaired by Wednesday morning please let me know.

Sometimes this site in general has issues. What I would suggest is that you contact Mh and tell them what is going on. At the bottom of the page under Contact Us, there is a place where you can report a tech issue. I have done this.
I hope you can resolve this issue. I hate it when things of this nature happen.
