Do you also have diabetes?
I know the rash is kinda not within the guideline definition of severe nerve pain but it could be in certain cases. drop me a note

I have burning and  tightness of muscles like cramping in the back section of both legs particularly noticable at night when sleeping. Still yet to find the cause.

Sound like shingles to me, the pain could be the virus travelling down nerves.

I get pain in my legs all the time but i never get a rash.

I would call your doc ASAP considering you have the rash. I also would not take any pain relievers so if you see a doctor, none of the symptoms will be masked.
