Wrist pain advice

I've had pain in my wrists for a couple years now without much improvement. I was kickboxing and got kicked in the hand bruising it and tearing my tfcc. While that was healing I developed tendonitis in my other wrist. So now both of them hurt all the time. It's tough to do anything. I can barely drive right now. I'm doing physical therapy and seeing a specialist but I already have an idea of what to do.

What has seemed to help me for a while now is applying heat to the wrists first for about 10 minutes, then applying cold directly after. It seems to be incredible for my pain but the problem is I don't have the right supplies to keep the heat and ice going. Icing isn't so hard, I have some good icepacks which can wrap around the hand. The big problem is the heating. I've tried a few different heat packs/wraps and they don't seem to cover enough of the hand.

The type of heat that works for me seems to be warm, even heat that surrounds the whole area. The only way i've been able to do that is with hot water but I can't do that all the time. Hot towels only stay warm for a couple minutes too.

Does anyone know some good heating methods I could use or buy online? Even if it's equipment I have to buy to get the right heat it's really important for my therapy. It has to fully surround the wrists. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You're right, but I assure you i've had a few x rays and mri to check for any other injury. Right now i'm focusing on healing and getting rid of my pain which has become a pretty major problem. If I could figure out a good way to heat and ice throughout the day I think i'll start healing a lot faster. I just can't seem to find a good method.
