Hello and Welcome. I am glad you found our MedHelp Community and took the time to write a descriptive post.
I'm sorry to hear about the painful, annoying and abundance of symptoms you are experiencing. We all know how crippling chronic pain, even at a lower level can be.
First of all we do have a headache/migraine forum. Please don't leave us - but this my be of additional support to you. Here's the link:

Is there a reason you can't continue to take the Meloxicam (Mobic). It's a NSAID,( nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) and the Cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) which is a muscle relaxant? These are not opiates and if they are effective I don't see the harm - though maybe your physician or you have the rational for no longer prescribing them. It just seems if it works what's the harm for at least a bid longer. You may want to try them individually to determine if it was one of them that actually was the most effective.
Obviously you want to find the reason these new symptoms have arose. Your SX sound similar to mine when I get a sinusitis. Sinusitis does not have to produce fevers, it can hide quietly in your sinuses and make you feel miserable. I'd consult an ENT or medically termed an Otolaryngologist. They specialize in disorders and conditions of the ear, nose, and throat. It may behoove you to consult one and rule out any possibilities that your symptoms are not related to their specialty.
I assume you are consulting a Gynecologist - again if not I would certainly do so. When our menses cease - and it's not due to menopause, pregnancy or another expected reason - we should be concerned until told otherwise by a gynecologist.
Do you have allergy symptoms(SX)? Remember allergy SX don't have to be the sneezing, watery eyes and such that we normally think of when we say allergy. Allergies can be more subtle in some instances.
I would not be content to "live with" these SX that cause you discomfort and interfere with your lifestyle. Make some noise with your current PCP and ask for help and/or referrals to specialties that may be of better help. If you let a condition become "chronic" you'll be looked at differently and treated differently - make some moved now.
Our members may have other suggestions than I do for you. I hope you'll find some answers that will be helpful. Please do keep in touch. We always enjoy and welcome new active members. Feel free to respond to other ppls questions and concerns as well as adding any questions or concerns to your post/thread.
I wish you the very best.
Take Care,
~Tuck
