every other day my back almosr all over it hurt all the way to my neck and my legs specially when i fist wake up and i can't even turn

Have you been diagnosed? If not I suggest that you see your PCP and begin there. If you have can you share with us what that diagnosis is and how we may help you.

I'm not sure that your asking, could you be more specific. How old are you and what type of work do you do? Do you have an old injury?
It could be Arthritis or just stiff muscles when you wake, I cannot give you advise without more information. If you would like to explain further, I'm sure you will get more resopnses. Take care,
