Hello and Welcome to the Pain Management Forum.

I am so sorry to hear about your unmanged Chronic Pain (CP). We get it!! We know the challenges that accompanies CP, including the search for good Pain Management.

We all have different routines we use when we have a "flare" or in your case no management. I can only encourage you to keep trying things like warm baths, massage, heat rubs and similar things.  I would ask your local Pharmacist for suggestions. Often they can offer good options.

I hope your appointment with the PMP is soon! Please keep in touch and let us know how you are doing. We're here for you.

Take Care,
~Tuck

epidural cortisone steroid shot can often help the sciatica.  Not sure if it works for fibro or if it is contarindicated for fibro.  A good chiropractor might help...research this carefully...they can help realign your back and hips to relieve the pressure on the nerves.
