Reaction to Diluadid

I had a horrible rash outbreak when I took Diluadid it was prescribed to me because my usual medicine was on hold by the manufactorer. I ended up flushing them. No point in taking it if it gives you a bad reaction. Best to all in there lifes and with there loved ones.

Mo

P.S just wanted to share my experience with this particular drug.

Hi Tuck,
Thank you for your response I hope you are both doing well. Me everyday seems harder and harder. I have been researching that this will go on for me for maybe a year or months. And the pain is unbearable more and more each day I take less of the med. WOW they never tell you it could be this hard. I found out there is addiction that runs in my family and that may be the reason why I am having such a high tolerance and difficult time weaning. I will definitly avoid the Diluadid I noticed the second time I tried it the rash was way worse than the first time. I noticed a question about Methadone reaction I have never had one, but I believe a drug reaction is a drug reaction all the same steer clear from it. Best to all you are in my prayers. Mo

I never had a reaction with dilauded but it I grew tolerant of it too quickly. thanks for sharing it is good to show that we all react differently to different meds. Best of Luck on a new Med. have you tried Opana? I swear by it.

Me too Mo. I was post-op when I was given dilaudid. Within 30 minutes following an injection I was covered with hives and thought I would go crazy itching.

Avoid the drug like the plague. Next time the reaction could be even worse, including deadly.

Peace,
Tuck
