Okay. Well disregard the gynecology info then! I'd suggest having another urine and blood test at the doctors. Make an appointment with an internal medicine doctor instead of a primary general physician.

It sounds like a urinary tract infection. Your urine test showed traces of blood but didn't show a UTI? You should get another urine sample. Maybe it was a false negative.  If you are female? I can't tell by the name Franky if you are female or male. If you are female, you should make an appointment with a gynecologist and get checked for endometriosis, UTI, auto immune disorders such as hepatitis, and have your ovaries checked. If you have pain in your lower back, you should have your kidneys checked. Also, if you are having blood work, ask to have your liver enzymes checked.

If everything still comes out normal, you should ask for a CT and MRI. I had several visits to the ER and clinics where they couldn't figure out what my pain was from (except for UTI) and finally they gave me a CT and MRI and found liver disease, hemangioma, gastritis, and pulled muscle! It could be possible you have more than one thing going on.

Be careful taking pain medication, especially if you are stressed and not eating much. I ended up getting gastritis from Naproxen, with stomach bleeding and also found out it is horrible to take if you have liver disease. I'm now taking Tramadol which is suppose to be okay on the stomach and liver.

Hi Franky,

I am so sorry that your feeling so ill. Hmmm, this reminds me recently of myself feeling unwell and not getting any where with my Doctor. He kept telling me that I had a pulled muscle...Well, he was wrong. I sought out a second opinion with a new Doctor and was diagnosed with a returning illness on top of menopause. I'm sticking with this new Doctor.

I now have an Internal Medicine Doc and previously saw a Family Practice Doc. I truly believe that this made a huge difference as the Internal Docs have more schooling behind them.

So...my advise to you would be to seek out a new Doctor if you're feeling so bad. Something is obviously going on and needs to be addressed.

Take care,
Mollyrae
