They say an anti-inflammatory diet is supposed to help. It depends on what kind of pain but if you have pain that has an inflammatory portion it may help to go vegan. Have you seen the movie Forks over Knives? it is compelling in and of itself. I have chronic back pain and seem to be feeling somewhat more energetic and somewhat less pain over time. Walking helps most back pain.
