Hi sun002,

First, I want to welcome you to the PM (Pain Management) Forum and let you know that we are glad you found this Forum. We are all CP (Chronic Pain) Patients that help each other with our own expertise and experiences that we have developed through our own CP Issues.

I would suggest that you go see your Dentist and see if there is a problem with your jaws or teeth that could be causing you this discomfort.  I have no idea whether or not your drinking would have anything to do with this as I don't drink but you need to mention everything to your Dentist and see if there is any type of connection.

Of course, there's always one thing you could try and that is to stop drinking the dry rum and see whether or not the pain ceases.  As I said before, I really doubt that the alcohol has any bearing on this problem at all!

If you have had tests for all of your problems and haven't found anything that is wrong the only thing that I can think of is for you to try another Doctor for a 2nd opinion and see if a "fresh set of eyes" will see something that your other doctor didn't see.

I wish you the best and hope you can find an answer to your problems.....Sherry
