Hi Nita,
You should use cold therapy and compression therapy to get swelling and inflammation down, this will help relieve a lot of the pain and allow blood to flow unconstricted to the ankle to repair the damaged tissues. Give your ankle lots of rest and increase blood flow as gentle as possible without risking reaggravation. I used the blood flow stimulator in the link below as well as their cold packs, I highly recommend them!

Hi, have been under physio, although he cannot do any more then a few excersisez with a towel, becasuse i cant physically move my foot or rotate it. I have seen a couple doctors and none can give me a diret answer !
Sometimes strains and tears can actually hurt worse then fractures and they take a long time to heal properly. Sometimes using the body part, in your case ankle can prolong healing. I would think sitting with your leg elevated to minimize swelling would be better then letting your leg dangle and swell. Have you had any sort or physical therapy yet? I have only ever sprained my ankle so I'm not familiar with wether some of what you describe would be normal but it sounds concerning to me at this point. I am concerned about the fact that you say you can't push your foot down or raise it and the pain above the heal. My thoughts immediately go to achilles tendon issues which if it is some injuries need immediate surgery. I'm not a doctor but these are my concerns for you. If you don't think you are getting the proper care I would look into a second opinion from another doctor.
