pain
my problem started 6yrs ago after a severe headache i feel as if there is something heavy in my head, my head nervous straining ,feeling dizzy all the time,lost interest in many things even when i want to concentrate i just can't,feel as if the world is coming down heavy on me.
i was given propanol but still the problem persist.after exercising i feel like the blood is struggling to enter my brain system thereby making me feel more dizzy

Headache with dizziness can be due to several causes like migraine, tension headaches, ear infection, meningitis, panic disorder etc.Take adequate rest and sleep. Exercise daily for 20-30 minutes. A clinical examination by a primary care physician will help in diagnosis. He may further refer you to an ENT specialist or a neurologist depending in the clinical findings. Do keep me posted.
