i have been taking 4 percocet 10/325 a day for about 5 yrs now,for multiple back and neck problems and pain.i also must use moist heat many times daily,and also use voltarin gel as needed too.my pain has gotten so bad in the last few months.when the colder weather increases,so does my pain.i have days where i wonder how im going to make it thru another winter.it gets worse every year.i have two kids,and cant do what id like to do with them anymore.my back pain has literly tooken over me.if im having a bad day,i have to cancel everything and take a long hot bath.the only way i get complete pain relief anymore is to take one of my percocet,and take a really hot bath for about an hour.then im good for a little while,until it feels like its bone to bone pain in my back.i know i need a pain med adjustment,but im afraid to ask,and afraid of the unknown.can anyone give me some advice on what i should do?a few of my issues are,degenerative disk disease,tetherd spinal cord,osteoarthritis-neck/low back,bulging disks,stenosis,abnormal narrowing.
