neuropathy vs. ms

Hi, In 2006 I was diagnosed with MS, but not put on medication. I was so frustrated, because I have been in nursing for 35 years so I felt jilted by the Dr., and angry, so I started getting other Drs  opinions, and getting no where, well I do have neuropathy, and it affects my gait, and strength in my hands and fingers. This bout lasted 6 days, but stress does play an important role in the onsetss. And it comes on so fast. It is debilitating. The pain in my extremities so bad, I just have to take sleeping meds to knock myself out. I don't like people around me cause I look pathetic. Recently I was told that I have been cured of MS, that all I have is Neuropathy. Thats all just neuropathy.                            Sincerely, Deb
