Okay so for one I want to tell you if they left your ovaries and did a partial hyster than there is a high chance the Endometriosis is back. Most surgeons will remove it all for Endometriosis because it is the estrogen that feeds the Endo and the ovaries need to be suppressed.

There is also another possibility that it is scar tissue from all the surgeries that is causing the pain as well.

Were you on anything to "suppress" the Endo (HRT)?

That being said I would go back to that same surgeon and let him know that there is something wrong.

I have gone through similar things and I know right now because I too was in pain for 3 yrs before I could convince a doctor to open me back up. I had scar tissue wrapped around my bowels, my ovary and uterus were stuck to my sigmoid colon and my ureters, were trapped with dense adhesions, my ovary still remains embedded into my pelvic wall as the surgeon was not experienced enough to remove it so I need to find another surgeon.

What you are experiencing is REAL pain and you need to push you surgeon to do something about it.

If you don't go back, your doctor assumed you got better.  Unfortunately you need to follow up.

What was the reason for the hyster to begin with? Fibroids? Endometriosis? Cancer? Adenomyosis?

That might help me understand what is going on.

How was the hyster done, lap or open surgery?

Have you had any prior surgeries, if so for what?
