Sorry I meant to add that arthritis may also be an underlying factor in your lower extremity pain. There are other possibilities that include muscle inflammation, nerve or circulatory issues or low levels of vitamins or minerals such as potassium, sodium, calcium, and/or magnesium.
Again I will look forward to hearing from you again.
Take Care,

Hello Cmoore,
Welcome to the Pain Management Forum. I am glad you have found us and took the time to post. I am sorry to hear about your extremities pain. Chronic pain is difficult to deal with in a daily basis. My heart goes out to you.
Can you provide us with more details? How long has this pain and fatigue been going on? What makes it better and what seems to make it worse? You are young to be experiencing so much pain it is difficult to ambulate.
Have you consulted your PCP? Does he/she have any diagnosis? It could be the beginning of Fibromyalgia but without more information it is difficult to guess. Do you have swelling in your extremities or redness?
I'll look forward to learning more about your pain. I wish you the best.
Peace,
~Tuck
