Blood work indications?

Hello I'm a 53 yr old woman with severe R upper quadrant pain.  Have had CT, Ultrasound and Nuclear scan, no apparent issue with gallbladder.

My blood work shows Low RBC, High MCH, High Lymphs and High Basos.

I am bone weary tired and losing appetite.

Any thoughts?

I too am having upper right pain under my ribs and in my back. It gets worse after I eat. I don't know if it's the same thing but you might ask to get tested for and H.Pilory infection.
It's where you have ulcers that become infected with H.pilory and is treatable with a set of three meds: one cheap antibiotic(like $5) and one expensive antibiotic($180!) and prilosec.
I never had heart burn so when they told me I was surprised....I found it can happen in your upper intestions right after your stomach(which is on the right side under the ribs).
They are still looking for something else but my side feel better after(not normal yet) a week of the meds.
I hope they find out whats wrong ASAP and you feel better really soon!
