pain in chest and hard to breath
hello i'm 20 years old i have been smoking for a year and a half... well i just quit about 5 or 6 days ago because of chest pain... it feels like i can't take a deep breath or that i get short of breath very easily... about thrre months ago i woke up early in the morn and i had slept on my right side ... well i woke up and my arm was hurting and i couldn't lift it above my head ... i also have a water bed... and now under my sholder blade hurts like a punched nerve... well any way i was just wondering if its normal after quitting to feel chest titeness? and to be out of breath? and yes i do have asthma but its not bad asthma...
