Hi Randy,

Welcome to the Pain Management Forum. There are no physicians or experts on our Pain Management Forum. We are a membership of chronic pain suffers. Our focus is on chronic pain, symptoms, support and management

My knowledge is limited with symptoms of BPH.  I know it can present with various symptoms. Enlarged prostate, benign prostate hyperplasia, or simply BPH has many symptoms such as:
Frequency and urgent urination, not able to completely empty your bladder, dribbling of urine, trouble starting and stopping your stream, nighttime waking to urinate and similar urinary symptoms.

Your symptoms could be from BPH but it is impossible to know that without having a clinical examination. And I urge you to check with your physician.

We also have a Men's Health and a Urology Forum. I encourage you to post on both of those forums as they will have more information for you. You are always welcome here but I think your question will obtain better response on the Mens and Urology Forum. If you have difficultly locating the please let me know.

Best of luck to you.
