I have no history of trauma to my spine and I am only 21 years old so I am having a very difficult time finding any information regarding Thoracic Spondylosis in young adults.I have researched information on Syrinx's but any information I can get to help take the pain away or information on treatments would help me tremendously.
I have been having Thoracic pain for years, but it has become severe over the past few months. I recently received an MRI of my Thoracic Spine w/ & w/o contrast. The findings included along segment prominence of the central canal within the Thoracic cord from T3 extending to T12 which is prominent enough to be a syrinx. Also, multilevel Thoracic Spine Spondylosis w/ small posterior disc osteophyte complexes that partially efface the ventral CSF space were found.
My symptoms include:
-Sharp, aching pain in between my should blades and shoulders that worsens throughout the day
-Numbness to the left of my T-spine
-Right hand tremors
-Some leg twitching
-Tenderness to a specific vertebrae on my T-spine in between my shoulder blades

thanks!!!
