shifting pain in body

i have lot of pain which keeps shifting from hands to shoulders.for example there is a pain in my right hand ,next day my shoulder will be stiff and my hands will be fine.got my uric acid also checked but the reports are normal.doctors are not able to diagnos anything.please help.what is this and why it is happenein

Possible trouble is  in your neck or scapula area.If you find sensitive ppoint in that region,which means u suffering from soft tissue injury.
