Hi Pauli,

Welcome to the Pain Management forum. I am sorry to hear about your pain.

Can you provide a little more information? When did this start? Have you had any imaging done? Have you seen a medical doctor? Where does this pain that shoots down your left foot begin? Your lumbar or gluteal area? When you say "aches all over" do you literally mean every where? Does this stem from an injury? Have you been given any explanation for this pain?

Those are all questions that could help us provide you with better information.

If you don't respond I just want to encourage you to see your PCP. A chiropractor can be an excellent addition to your over all pain management program. However I honestly don't think they should be ever be your only source.

I'll look forward to hearing from you again.

Best of Luck to You,
~Tuck
