yes It is Tremadol( ultram) and I just started take yesterday i am feellig amaizing no pain.it is good feeling but i think there may be consequences?

It is a narcotic, just like any other.
I don't what the forums are "saying" about it, but it has all the same problems any narcotic and/or NSAID does.
None of them should ever be used long term, and long term pain management is never a good idea and an easy way out.
Beside the kidney and lover issues, most people don't take them properly or don't deal with addictions properly or effectively.
