My 11 month old has been having very frequent bowel movements the past couple weeks..anywhere between 8-11 times a day. Normally its two everyother day. Nothing about his diet has changed. Is this normal?

Sorry... shes a he ,and when you say frequent movements do you mean loose Diarreha ? ou say juices so cut them out and see if that helps, what kind of milk ,cows milk can sometimes be allergenic to some children . Does he seem well otherwise, no fever, no seeming out of sorts. If it continues and you are concerned best to have him checked out at the Doctors office .

i do give juices mixed with water but no apple juice because my other child had really bad problems with that. And just normal people food,my doctor took him off baby food a while ago because he could not keep it done. He has been eating the same foods for the past three months and nothing has changed about what he eats, for example he will eat either cereal, eggs or oatmeal for breakfast. For lunch he will eat either a hot dog, ravioli, noodles, or a sandwich, and for dinner some meat and a vegetable. And he drinks milk, water, and juice with water added to it during the days.

It could be connected to what she is eating or drinking can you give us an idea of what food and liquid she gets in 24 hours and the pattern, Fruit juices can do this , even apple juice, is she still breast feeding as it could also be something you eat and drink or any meds you take ,what solids have you got her on ?
