Is it normal for a child ro run a fever up and down with a so called cold for 7 days and not showing any signs of getting better . We get to the point of thinking we are out of the woods and we are not . Getting ready to go the the drs but they usally dont give out meds for a cold . Please I need a answer. I had a cold and it came and gone but hers is hanging on

I do know there have been some odd sickness's going round this year , it may be a virus , wiat and see what the Doctor says he thinks it is , any other symptoms, rash ?
