16 month Old with red dots around eyes

My 16 m/o daughter has these red dots around her eyes. They don't seem painful or itchy.  They are usually gone in AM, but as the day goes on, they get worse.  This has been ongoing for a few months on and off.   I am unsure if is allergry to Amoxicillin or what.  She has had the cillins before with no problems.  Any ideas.

As i remember correctly, we just kept an eye on it.  They eventually went away within a couple of days.  I may have put some A & D ointment on it or eucerin

Hi! My son woke up with dots like that this morning.... did you ever find out what was going on?  They are all around his eyes, flat to the skin - very small - and don't bother him or itch or anything, and he's not been sick.
