What is mainly my problem?

I am a 14 year old boy and not showing any signs of puberty. My penis is not getting any bigger and I can't produce sperm. I have my puberty hair but not the growth. What do you suggest I do? I have been waiting for my growth to start but it isn't doing anything. Do you suggest dat I way till I get another age or find a real good doctor right now at this age. I am not saying all this to say I want to have sex. I am saying this because I am very embarrase and ashame of how i'm not going through puberty. Please help me because I am in need of it.

I believe your Doctor will be able to help you with this problem I have heard of it before you arent alone it is only a matter of time, what do your parents think, maybe have a talk with them , Good luck
