5 month old grabbbing at back of head behind right ear.

my 5 month old daughter is constantly grabbing at the back of her head, about 1 inch behind right ear. she is teething even thou no teeth have broken thru yet so i am curious if this can be linked to teething? her ears were checked st last visit and they were good so not ear infection. she reaches behind ear and pinches like something is there? she does this several times a day any one relate

May just be a little habit, teething can make her gums  sore, if her ears are okay I wouldn't worry, her eating, drinking, pooping ,sleeping all doing okay, nothing much going on to hurt her. If she has any fever or  looks as if there is discomfort have her ears checked again .good luck
