Sweating in his palms and feet

My baby is 3 months old and most of the time i feel sweating in his palms and feet. Why it is happening and please suggest what to do?

Its;s possibly something called hyperhidrosis  a harmless neurological condition, sweat glands are over active.   heres a link for more information   www.thehealthcenter.com/baby_sweating.html

yes, he is OK, no fever at all, but sweating in his palms and feet is frequently observed........
Please guide.......

First thought is that he's too warm, what clothes and covers has he on  ..then maybe he has a fever, have you taken his temperature , does he look okay any cough, or cold symptoms ?
