Baby's lips turning blue after straining

My 3 month old daughter lips turn blue while she strains she also sleeps slot and has a altered mental status . She was just discharged from icu on Friday EEG came back normal and so did all bloodwork and urine tests poor baby has had alot of bloodwork her veins are shot they blow almost instantly what should I do she has been hospitalized twice at same hosp

I just got your message and yes if she is still sick take her somewhere else whatever it takes call the ambulance if you have to ...let us know how she is doing ...

I am sorry I can only imagine how you feel , it is worrying ,what do you mean by an altered mental status , 3 month olds do sleep a lot, especially if she hasn't been well. After she came out of the ER what did they tell you about her condition ?
