head ache after head trauma

my little girl 3 yrs old. four weeks ago banged her severely causing it to bleed and had a huge egg she was not with me when this happened and was not taken to emergency but when i got her back i took her to out local G.P. who checked her over and said she was fine... but ever since her head accident she has complained of headaches even after i have given her paracetamol..
do you think i should take her to hospital/doctors to have her rechecked.

ok xray was abandoned he thinks head is fine but may be her eyes has suggested eye test. so happy it wasnt the head still keeping my eye on her and the first sign of vomiting or disorientation and im off to the hospital.

ok well i took her to docs and there possibly doing head xrays.
