Migrating pain in 9 year old boy

My son suddenly complained of pain in the abdomen one day. Antibiotics and pain meds  did nithing. It stayed for 5 days and  stopped. The next morning he woke up with frontal headache which went on for 2 weeks...various ntibiotics and painkillers did not seem to help. We had by then taken an MRI and abdomen scan and all basic blood work. All turned normal.then the headache stopped and he has been complaining that he 'feels weird and uncomfortable'.but is unable explain exact symptoms...something like nausea..but no vomiting. He eats normally and stools are normal. Had high temperature 101.5 deg for a couple of evenings..he has no temperature now but still complains of feeling very  uncomfortable. Had his blood count checked again and his platelet has dropped to half ..2.5 from 4.4 in a test taken 2 weeks ago. He has been given supplements to up the count. But he has been complaining of body pain and tiredness the last 2 days. Today he mentioned he felt drowned to even lift his pencil and write in school. Sleep cycle and food intake is still normal Asif now. No weight loss either. What could this be?? Tested for dengue, malaria ,typhoid etc.all negative. Am worried sick.
