My son's fever

Every month around starting around the 15thish for the past couple year's my 3 year old son gets a fever of a 105+ temp. The doctor's never seem to be able to find anything wrong with him where it cause these issues. His doctor did a small panel blood work on him but said nothing came up abnormal. Along with his fever he is tired, doesnt want to eat, sweating non stop, he just doesn't want to do anything. Today someone mentioned a "disease" called Pfapa??? Could this be a possibilty... Thanks for any suggestion's
