My sons sickness

My has been sic for 2 months! Vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, loss of appitite, fever once, night sweats, chills, headaches, severe abdominal pain! Hes always tired and sleeps alot .We have done stool cultures, X-rays, ct scan and bloodwork they couldn't find nothing so they sent to a specialized hospital where they did a better blood work! Everything was normal except for his white blood count is elevated which is was 2 weeks ago to! His segmented neutrophil is high, his lymhocyte is low, his alanine amino transferase is low & his white blood count is high! Spoke with doctor or np today and she only concern is white blood count! Signs of infection said she had to talk to another colleague about what test they can do! Tired of getting run around my child has missed almost a month of school in 2 months from being sick! Any opinions or advice??
