Uneven Circumcision

My three month-old son was circumsized at 3 weeks of age. His foreskin has remained uneven - plenty left on one side and tight on the other. Is this normal?  Will it even out as the penis grows with age? Or should we be concerned?  I am quite worried that we have damaged his penis. Thanks for any input

You need to have him seen by a pediatric  surgeon.  There shouldn't be any foreskin left at at this point.

You don't say why you had the surgery done at 3 weeks,  vs. the usual newborn surgery OR much later.
