Why boy 7 has funny feelings in his forehead, top of his nose, fingers and toes?

My son - 7 years old - started complaining about "funny" feelings in his forehead, top of his nose, top of his fingers and toes and the top of his penis about 6 months ago. A kind of pressure but he cannot describe properly. He says he can feel it all the time.
He says he is fed up with it and want it to stop. He had a head scan and blood tests done but they found nothing. The doctor sad it could be a 'child' thing or could be anxiety.
I am afraid there is more to it but they are not worried. Has anyone had similar problems?
