red spots

my 9 yr old daughter had red dots just to pop up all over her body over night i tought it was chicken pox i took her to a walk in clinic she is not running a fever or any other symtoms no alergys that i know of they said to just keep an eye on her for the next few days what could this be?? i sit in the doctors office for two hours for nothing! Please help THANKS

What do the 'spots look like , have they got a head to them usually chicken pox have a head , does it itch, could be an allergy, has she used a differant soap, shower gel, and new underwear ?
