can crying cause heart attack?

My son's 7 years old and this morning he had a bit fight with his older brother and cried. As he was crying so hard his head on something and he cried even harder. After a few minutes, we got worried because his hands and feet stiffened as if he's having a heart attack.

He probably had a panic attack however it is always good to get this checked out by a Doctor, perhaps you could make sure the older brother is being kind to him and make sure they are kept separate if this happens a lot, siblings very often fight sometimes the older children are jealous of the attention the younger one is getting.and then blame th younger child who gets into trouble with the parents..
