fever and great pain 5 yr old

my daughter fell yesturday she cut her right leg and right elbow she is now crying to the top of her lungs and she feels really hot like fever we put neosporin right awa on the cuts and sprayed with bactine for the pain and advil for children for the fever and pain. she is still in pain what eles can I do? HELP!!!!

Can she move the leg and arm okay is there swelling in the area..could be she has a fracture or break ,with pain like you describe it may be good to let the doctor take a look to make sure the injuries are not more serious, if there is redness round the cuts could be infection .
