my son who is having frequent yawning

my son is having contipatation problem and from five days he having frequent yawnings

Is he eating well, plenty of bulk they make nice cereal bars for children to eat  I wouldnt give him milk at present as we are under a watch for radioactive particles in Milk and milk products .How old is he ?Fruit is good for constipation, fruit juices..there is much information on the internet about excessive yawning,
