nasal congestion

Hi you could go to the pharmacy and ask for saline nasal drops. As your child is only 1mnth old there isn't much else you can use. You can also raise the head end of where the little ons sleeps. good luck and I hope this helps.

In addition to the saline drops, a humidifier will help keep the air moist and baby happier.

Our doctor gave us some Little Noses Decongestant. I don't know if it is something you can only get at a doctor or what...  and I'm not sure about the age restraints but I would ask about them.  They are wonderful!
