my three years old son been diaherra 3 times a day for the last two days but no vomitting.should i still feed him as unusal and can he still drink milk.what he should eat and what he shouldn't?

I would lessen the feeding as he may have picked up a bacterial infection and food will keep it going, try something light like rice, and cut out the milk, water is best or very little juice mixed with water,if it continues get him checked out, good luck ,
