My 3rd baby did this and i asked the midwife when she visited us and she told me it was cause we had a fast vaginal delivery so she wasn't "squeezed" out properly. It went away without having to get medical intervention. Get baby checked though you can never be too careful.
Happy new year...no questions asked, I'd definitely take the baby to the e.r. ASAP if you haven't already done so. Congrats on baby and I hope that there is a simple explanation that will relieve you of worries and relieve baby of the discomfort. Best wishes!!
I would take him to the ER for a xray to make sure his lungs are clear. That shouldn't be happening and isn't normal!!
My baby was same. She was a c-section baby. I was told its the mucus & all the c-section babies r same. U should definitely talk to Ur Dr. I was worried as well but then it turned out to be normal. I remember crying & nurses calmed me down. Good luck
Definitely call your doctor
Go to Dr but could be left over mucus from birth or reflux but very common and should be able to sorted at your local hospital whic is where I would go no matter what time of night.
Keep baby on his side and call the doctor. He shouldnt be choking.
Call your doctor but also try laying him on his side.
Yes call your Dr now. That's not normal.
Call his pediatrician! We are not doctors and can not diagnose your son - only a doctor can do that.
