Im not going to assume you had a baby cause you dontmention one on profile, plenty of males and females get stretch marks from gaining too much weight, my little boy is chubby and he has some stretch marks on his legs(hes been on prednisone) ( thats a steroid they make you chubby) any hows stretch marks are tough to get rid of, have you recently lost a lot of weight, my only suggestion see a dermatolgist they can do wonders for scars and vericose veins maybe they can help you also,

Now about the stress and crying, it could be from one of three things 1, have you had recent trauma, a death, break up with boyfriend , been involved with drugs, been a victim of a crime.      2. hows your health, thyroid  and many other conditions can gve you the blues, see your dr for some cbc (complete blood work)   3, you may suffer from depression,,,its very treatable with cognative therapy and or medication, you may need antidepressant or antianxiety drugs but at your age Id highly recommed that you give yourself the gift of therapy too.  Good luck and God Bless
