various symptoms in grandson

My grandson who is 21 months old has been having a variety of symptoms. The doctors can't seem to figure anything out. They are actually ignoring alot of them. This has been going on for a year. He has been waking up screaming in the middle of the night (the doctor said it was night terrors but it isn't, I know the difference between night terrors and pain), he has reoccuring ear infections, he has lumps on the back of his head near his neck and on his neck (the doctor said to keep and eye on them and if they get bigger or become stationary then bring him back, they have grown twice the size they were and don't move, we took him back and the doctor ignored it), his penis is red and purplish and kind of swollen looking (he says it hurts)(the skin had attached and the doctor ripped it down) this has happened a few times and it is not healing, he has kind of jerky movements sometimes (like he stops and kind of jerks), he has no appetite and has lost weight, he is tired alot, his toenails are thin and flaking, his feet are starting to turn inward quite alot, he has dark circles under his eyes. The doctor finally decided to do a VCUG procedure to test for urinary reflux but that doesn't explain the other symptoms. This is the only test that has been done. Even though we have taken him to two doctors. Something is going on with this baby and no one will help us. Please help!

Does he sleep a lot during the day as this will disturb his nighttime sleep, you are right in getting another opinion, good luck

We are going to try to go to another doctor. However, we live in a rural area and the doctors here are limited. We have decided to try to get him in to a doc in Salt Lake. My grandson and both his parents are living with my husband and I temporarily. He doesn't go to daycare. He screams alot through the night so he doesn't get enough sleep. I'm new here. Thanks for your suggestion to post this in the doctor forum. I'll try that.
