what supplements can my son take?

I just receive the results of B12 and folic acid of my 11 y.o son, who has high homocystin level (16 umol/l ) , folic acid ( 6.8 ng/ml ) and Vitamin B12 ( 350 pg/ml ) .He has compound heterozygous mutations ( MTHFR 677, MTRR 66, MTR 2756 ) .
He has iron deficiency anemia with iron 47 ug/dl and ferritin 9.9 ng/ml.
his weight is 45 kg.
you may kindly advice me.
