Forskin

Please help i've noticed this but never really payed much attention to it until recently... The inside of my foreskin is riddled with small bumps (very small) about the size of a bread crumb but i have at least 70 of them they have been here for about two years... anybody know what they are?

Oh also i don't think they are penile pauples as i've seen mentioned they aren't on the base of my head just on the inside of my foreskin.
