HELICHRYSUM essential oil very effective !!!!
I just found out about this recently :
It is a natural Candida cure
It is anti fungal
It is anti microbial
It assists our internal organs in healing
etc, etc,etc
( do a computer search for more info)
I now put ONE drop of the helichrysum essential oil in about 4ounces of water and drink it on an empty stomach before breakfast
