Over 10 years with PATM???

Just a little about myself and some thoughts on PATM. I am a female in my late 50's and have had PATM for 10 years or more on and off. It does seem to be worse when I drink alcohol a lot and am stressed.
It seems to have gotten worse as I have now even seen people around me when I am not in a closed room outside start rubbing their noses, eyes, sneezing and sniffling but no one really coughs. My friend that never seemed to react to me now gets really itchy eyes and nose and sneezes every time we get together. I can't have a relationship as anyone I date ends up having alergic reactions around me and either never calls again or I run away from the relationship so I don't have to explain and sound crazy telling them that I have PATM.
It is funny though that some people seem to have worse alergic reactions to me than others so not sure why that is?
I usually try to stop drinking for a day or two before flying and take a sedative or some sort to calm me down. If I don't the flight is hell with so many people around me constantly sniffling and violently sneezing for the whole trip.
I hate going to the Dentist or Doctor but I did have to go to the Dentist as I needed a root canal and a crown and find if the Dentist wears a mask they don't have reactions so I think it must be airborne. I have so much going on against me right now that I am so depressed with PATM, severe hot flashes every 20 minutes from Menopause and a drinking problem so I have turned into a recluse and hate leaving my home.  I do have Post Nasal Drip and allergies where I blow my nose and sneeze everyday so maybe I am reacting to myself too????
I have noticed that I do have a white coating on my tongue and have tried to get rid of it by using a tongue scraper after brushing my teeth but that doesn't do much. I have a suspicion that it is a Candida thing as I also get nail fungus all the time but that may be because my feet sweat, who knows?
As of yesterday I am at my wits end and am really, really trying to cut out alcohol and sugars and try and get healthy by exercising too. I have read quite a bit here and do take 1000 UI of Vit D3 but have just upped it to 2000 UI. I also have been prescribed an anti depression/anxiety drug that I hope will help me deal with my, sweating social anxiety and this PATM thing.I have also started to make my own Kombucha and drink that everyday which is suppose to be a good probiotic and good for the gut
I really hope we can get some Cure to this debilitating problem we all share as I just cannot live like this!!!!

I use to b a heavy drinker..i recently have been drinkin more, i am a Dj afterall and get free drinks, but i was given a tip by another patmer that clear liquor is harmless to us.  Some may agree, and others have gone off on a tangent getting all scientific how liquor regardless is bad for us.  I decided to test it out.  Unflavored clear vodka is what ive been stickin too, specifically Ciroc and sometimes grey goose.  I gotta say, i did not have any crazy symptoms the next day, and i didnt see any stronger reactions from ppl than what i was seeing before.

I was on a strict healthy and sugarless diet for a good month.  I was taking supplements and other probiotics.  Now i stick to 3 diff supplements and no probiotics, as i seem to be improving still, and in a manageable state of health.  I had a coated tongue that is now pretty much back to normal.  It just seems like a healthier lifestyle w dieting, working out, and supplements has helped in numerous ways.  Working out is a big thing for me as i feel it has helped me tremendously.  If i eat crap or sumthn that i know will effect me negatively or others around me, i will work my *** off in the gym and sweat all the toxins out, and it has actually been working.

For a brief period of time i was getting in crazy shape, workin out, stickin to my diet, taking supplements and candida eliminating products, and ppl were still coughing their frickin brains out.  I stuck to it tho cuz thats all 1 can do, and it finally has been paying off.   Not nearly as many ppl react to me anymore, such a relief.

My stress and anxiety has almost completely gone away now, and it has helped.  It seemed like when i would start to panic, others around me would react more, and i work w alot of ppl so i was able to test these theories out EVERY DAY.

It all started w me changing my diet, good supplements, stomach and colon cleanse, liver cleanse since we are drinkers, and plenty of exercise.  Alomg w 3 other supplements that im on now as suggested by sum1 else on here who had success w reducing/ridding patm.  Are those supplements the things that are helping me? Idk if so, or if its a combination of everything.  My best advice is to do it all, expecially the exercising.

Ya this patm business definitely turns u into a loner.  That was the toughest for me, but i told myself it is what it is, and i will do what i need to to make me live a life i am comfortable with.  I haven't tried to get a gf, i have plenty of friends, but i wanted to get situated to this new lifestyle first and figure out what im gonna do w myself.  I hung in there, as i tell all the other ppl here, and have now adapted to patm, and have placed myself in an ideal situation for patmers.

If u have any questions plz ask

Try activated charcoal. I suffer from this problem too. I tried charcoal in the capsule form and that didn't seem to work. Recently I bought a bag of loose activated charcoal. I take two teaspoons every morning before work mixed in a glass of water and then immediately drink another glass of water. It's not the most pleasant thing to drink. It has no taste, but it's gritty. It has been two weeks now with low to no reaction.  I don't know if this is healthy for the long term, but if your'e looking for immediate relief... you should try this. I purchased it from Amazon for about 18.00 for a 1 lb bag. At this rate it should last me at least a couple of months. Keep in mind that the pills didn't work for me. Good luck to you.
